      Our history

      Our story began with a team of professionals passionate about real estate development.

      Through MOOI3 we started financing small and medium scale projects for our own developer, managing limited resources and working closely with Newland Desarrollos Inmobiliarios.

      Over time, we learned and grew, and realized that there was a great opportunity to scale our business and at the same time democratize access to real estate investment.

      Thus URBIX was born, with the mission of offering attractive returns to investors and, at the same time, facilitating access to financing for real estate developers.
